■ The Continuously Evolving Robot Motion Control System

        ELITE CTO Sun Kai recently told GG robotics networks that ELITE attaches great importance to the continuous iteration of various product lines. Recently, new features such as six-dimensional motion sensor precision drag and the drag and teach full trace reproduction function, as well as the full-closed-loop dynamic look-ahead interpolation algorithms are introduced into the motion control system.

High precision teaching can be realized through advanced motion control algorithm combined with six-dimensional motion sensor with intuitive and simple operation.         The drag and teach full trace reproduction function can record the trajectory during the dragging process and save it as an action program. It supports operations such as combining, insertion, and deletion, and supports mixed editing of other instructions and action programs. This function greatly enhances the practicality of drag teaching and further simplifies teaching operations, and is especially suitable for spraying, polishing and other industries.

        The full-closed-loop dynamic look-ahead interpolation algorithm is ELITE’s second-generation interpolation algorithm after the acceleration of look-ahead and micro-segment adaptive speed control. The algorithm integrates trajectory error control, robot dynamics, real-time torque feedback of the motor, and real-time position feedback of the motor. On the premise of ensuring the trajectory accuracy, the maximum performance of one axis can be achieved at any given moment, which greatly reduces the cycle time. The newly released version adds support for external axes, and further broadens the application scope of the algorithm.
